1. Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

At Utopian Group, we specialize in custom branding and industrial printing. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, returns are only accepted if items arrive damaged or defective.

Note: We cannot accept returns for “change of mind” or errors in customer-approved designs.

3. How to Start a Return

To report a damaged item, please contact our support team immediately via the following channels:
